Appointment cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Same day cancellations and no-shows are subject to a 50% fee, applied to the next grooming appointment.

We reserve a 20-minute grace period for your scheduled arrival. After 20 minutes a $15 late appointment fee will be applied or we reserve the right to cancel a scheduled appointment if later than 20 minutes if the daily schedule cannot accommodate a 20+ minute delay.

If the pet exhibits behaviour or aggressiveness that the groomer assesses as a risk to the well-being of the pet or staff, we reserve the right to send the pet home unfinished. We are required to always prioritize the health & safety of the pets in our care and our team. 

Proof of up-to-date rabies vaccination is required for all grooming services. If you have a veterinarian's note indicating your pet is unable to be vaccinated, please let us know and we will look into whether an individual accommodation might be possible.

Please make the groomer aware of any and all pre-existing health conditions regardless of whether it seems like it would be relevant to the grooming process. 

We strive to ensure our clients are thrilled with their grooms every time. If you are ever unsatisfied with a groom, please contact us within 24 hours to let us know. We will arrange a time with you to do any additional grooming to make it right at no cost.
